What you are buying
Attunements Foundations is a self-paced recorded course: twelve recorded Attunements with Dr. Kathrine Harrison across six weeks, six mid-week audio boosts, and a playbook. You buy lifetime access to those recordings for your own personal use.
It is not live. There is no scheduled call, no cohort you have to keep pace with, and no live component included in the price.
Access is personal. The recordings are licensed to you, not transferred. Please do not share, download and redistribute, screen-record, or post them. One person, one purchase. If you want a colleague to have it, we would rather they bought their own than you felt awkward.
The playbook is licensed, not sold. It is a file you download and print for your own use, as many times as you like, for as long as you like. What it is not is yours to pass on, post, sell, or use to teach the material to other people. Printing a copy for yourself is the point of it; printing thirty for a workshop is not.
This is not therapy, coaching, or medical care. Attunements are frequency-based calibrations for leadership alignment. They sit alongside therapy, coaching or medical treatment and do not replace any of them. Nothing here diagnoses or treats a condition. If you are unwell or in crisis, please speak to a qualified professional — and tell us, because we would rather you came back later than pushed through now.
We may change the course. Recordings may be re-edited, and new material may be added. If anything you paid for is removed, you keep access to what you bought.
Who you are buying from. Attunements Foundations is a programme of The Bergen Family Foundation (EIN 42-5168363), and the Foundation is who you are buying from. Its 501(c)(3) status is currently pending. Foundations is sold as a course: your payment buys access to a programme, so it is a purchase of goods and services, not a charitable contribution. It is not tax-deductible, and no gift receipt or charitable acknowledgement is issued for it — Stripe emails you an ordinary purchase receipt. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Refunds
If it is not for you
Because this is instant digital access — recordings and a playbook available to you the moment you buy — we do not offer refunds once your access has opened. That is standard for a course delivered this way, and it is what lets us keep the price where it is rather than pricing in returns.
If something has gone wrong on our end rather than the course simply not suiting you — a broken link, a recording you cannot reach, a payment that did not go through cleanly — tell us and we will sort it.
If you are buying from the EU or the UK
You have a statutory right to cancel within fourteen days of purchase, and nothing on this page reduces it. Because this is digital content delivered immediately, you will be asked at checkout to confirm that you want access straight away and that you understand this ends that statutory right once the content has been delivered. If you would rather keep the statutory right instead of instant access, do not tick that box — tell us and we will hold your access open until the fourteen days have passed, then open it once the window has closed.
If you cancel within that window, access closes: your sign-in stops working and the member pages stop opening. Anything you have already downloaded stays on your device — we have no way to reach into your computer and would not want one. We are trusting you to stop using it once you have cancelled.
Privacy
What we hold
Very little, and none of it is sold.
- Your email address and name, so we can give you access and reach you about the course.
- Your payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Your sign-in — your email address, your name if you gave one, and an encrypted password — is held by Netlify Identity, the service that runs the member area. We can see that an account exists and when it last signed in. We cannot see your password.
- Your progress — which week you have reached — is stored in your own browser on your own device, not on a server. We cannot see it.
- Anything you write in the playbook or with your Claude companion stays with you. It does not come to us.
We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to anything you did not ask for. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing attunements@bergenfamily.org, and we will confirm when it is done.
⚠️ DECISION NEEDED — analytics and email. This currently says we track nothing, which is true of the build as it stands. The moment any analytics, pixel, or mailing list is added, this section becomes inaccurate and has to be updated in the same change.
