The founding field

Who this came from

Foundations was built inside a live cohort of people already running something that mattered. What you are moving through exists because they moved through it first.

What this page is for

The point was never a self-led course. It was leaders of large communities attuning together, so the shift moved outward through everything they touch.

So this is the part that keeps paying. What each organisation is building, what is happening right now, and where to actually go. Tap any name.

Filter

Sovereign infrastructure for the next era — self-healing data, cloud and networking running at the edge of the internet rather than in somebody else’s data centre.

What’s hot

The world’s first automated digital SEZ. ThreeFold and the Zanzibar Government have partnered to launch it — a special economic zone you enter online rather than physically, so a company can be formed and run from anywhere. Zanzibar is also training 600 public officials in AI and cybersecurity alongside it.

What they are offering

Company formation inside the free zone, and capacity on the ThreeFold grid.

InfrastructureAfrica

Engineering, upskilling and community for African builders in AI, blockchain and IoT. Institutional-grade engineering services, workforce training, and a founders’ community, all at once.

What’s hot

The Kenya Scroll Local Node. Web3Clubs won the mandate to run Scroll’s local node founder programme in Kenya — funded through Scroll’s own governance process, which is a real vote of confidence rather than a grant application. Their Founders Friday sessions run alongside it; a recent one covered navigating the funding landscape.

What they are offering

Developer cohorts on an intake basis, and Founders Friday as the open door.

TechAfrica

Born out of Global Unity, a community of more than eight hundred change-makers, social entrepreneurs, impact investors and community leaders. It exists because good work stays siloed and underfunded.

What’s hot

The Transformative Impact Summit, 26–27 September 2026. Sheen Center for Thought & Culture, Bleecker Street, New York. The Transformative Ventures Family Office Gathering runs the days immediately before, for philanthropists and impact investors. Tickets run roughly $50–100 depending on duration and how early you book.

What they are offering

The Summit, the family-office gathering, and year-round introductions between projects and funders.

ImpactCapital

A conscious investing ecosystem — envisioning, funding and implementing the world they want to leave to their children. Members are Extraordinary Stewards, and the work runs across personal growth, community investment and collective stewardship.

What’s hot

Three gatherings in Nosara, Costa Rica. 4–7 December, then 28 January – 1 February, then 21–25 July. Deliberately fifty to eighty stewards rather than a conference, so everyone in the room is actually met.

Their own reporting from the last one: a net promoter score of 9.3 out of 10, 97% saying it left them more connected to their life’s purpose, and 100% rating the calibre of the room as high.

What they are offering

Curated gatherings in Nosara, and co-investment alongside other stewards.

FinanceStewardship

Investors, philanthropists and entrepreneurs organised around a single number. Women receive 2.3% of capital. Black and Brown women receive 0.4%. The goal is ten per cent within ten years.

What’s hot

The Female Founder World Grant. Their method is unusual and worth noticing: rather than building a women-only room, they set out explicitly to bring men into funding women. Jody R. Weiss — forty years working with founders — runs one-to-one brainstorms for members.

What they are offering

The Female Founder World Grant, member events, and 1:1 sessions with Jody.

CapitalWomen

Regenerating soil at scale by teaching the biology underneath it. Four decades of science, built out by Dr Elaine Ingham, turned into training that someone with no relevant experience can take and then practise professionally.

What’s hot

Now run by the Soil Food Web Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity. Dr Elaine Ingham died, and the school she built continues as a charity rather than a company — her method in use across six continents. The consultant training is the part that scales: it produces people who can go and do this on other people’s land.

What they are offering

Essentials courses through to certified consultant training.

ClimateRegeneration

An invite-only global community of conscious investors and entrepreneurs, organised around shared values rather than deal flow. Their own words: abundance for all through enlightenment, expanding collective consciousness, and values-aligned relationships.

What’s hot

Sixteen cities and growing. Over five thousand members. What members actually describe is unusual for a business network — deep, vulnerable connection first, business second. City chapters are where most people meet it before they are invited in.

What they are offering

Membership by invitation, with city chapters as the way in.

Something changed — a raise, a summit, a pilot looking for its first partner? Send it over and it goes up.

Building something of your own?

Tell us. This page is where the door opens back outward, and the way into any of these rooms is usually an introduction rather than a form. Say hello.

What comes after

Beyond the six weeks there are cohorts, deeper containers, and rooms where a group attunes in real time. Live work goes further with people who are already calibrated — which is what these six weeks are for.
