Step 02 of 03

How do you want to write?

Both take you through the same six weeks. You can change your mind at any point without losing anything.

Option one

On paper

The Foundations playbook, printed. Each week carries a centering ritual and phrase, prompts before and after both sessions, and a synchronicity log you complete on day eight. Just you, a pen, and the week.

  • Nothing to set up
  • Works with no screen
  • You keep the physical record
Take the paper route →

Fifty pages, A5. Print it double-sided, or two-up on A4 if you want it smaller. Opens in a new tab.

Option two

With the Flow, in Claude

Your playbook lives in a conversation instead of on paper. It hands you one week at a time, asks what you have noticed as you go, and three times across the six weeks holds up a mirror made of your own words.

  • Two minutes to set up
  • Free on any existing Claude subscription
  • It remembers what you wrote
Set up the companion →

You will land on a short setup page, then straight into week one.

Not sure?

Take the paper route. It asks nothing of you technically, and the companion is two minutes to add later if you want it. Neither choice changes the sessions.
